Your lifestyle will determine which areas of the body we will focus on in order to achieve the most beneficial results.  Assessing your body and treating those areas in need will help you understand how your body works and what you can do to take care of it properly.  We use our bodies 24 hours a day.  The more you use something, the more you have to take care of it.
